Students are officially enrolled once the student’s registration packet has been filled out in full and received by City View on or before the paperwork deadline for each enrollment phase. City View will notify families by mail of official enrollment status within 7 days after the deadline for registration packets. When sending in your registrations forms, please make sure that all forms are filled out completely and that you have submitted all six forms of the Student Enrollment / Registration Packet, listed previously.
