New Building Updates

As we move into Feb, the walls are going up in the elementary wing and preschool!  The middle school area had walls removed to create the new science lab.  It is exciting to see the progress!

 

The new year brought a lot of changes to the new facility!  Over the Winter Break, the construction crew removed walls in the upper level to create a longer hallway in the Middle School wing and continued seismic upgrades.  The flooring was installed in one of the classrooms, and walls downstairs were removed to make room for our Preschool program opening in September.  

 

The first week of December was exciting for our new building!  We held our first classes in the facility, and the students and staff were excited to be the first to explore our new home.  Our 6th to 8th grade Crews started classes on Dec 8th in the lower part of the facility.  

 

City View is purchasing the building at 1920 NE Stucki in Hillsboro.  We are currently in the process of retrofitting the facility to fit our school's needs.  We will share more pictures and information with our families and community as we are closer to a move-in date.

 

This move will allow our school to be together in one facility again and continue to grow our program.  There will be dedicated spaces for Art, PE, library, and lunch.  The Middle School Crew will have their wing of the facility and their "hang-out space."  

 

We are excited to be able to share the new space with our families.
