Christa Billings
Christa Billings is a dedicated advocate for charter school education and a leader in organizational governance. Christa comes to us with 14 years of Non-Profit experience. She has served on a school board for 9 of those years. She has served as Board Chair and Vice Chair of a charter school board. Christa has successfully overseen major initiatives such as strategic planning, policy updates, facility expansion, and financial oversight. Her leadership also includes collaborating with grant-writing and marketing teams to secure funding and enhance outreach efforts. She is also a former member of the Beaverton School Board’s Budget Committee. She has 3 children who have all previously attended a charter school. In her professional capacity, Christa works as a Compliance Specialist at a local sportswear company, where she manages global trade compliance and drives process improvements across the organization. Her experience in corporate governance and operational efficiency translates seamlessly into her work in charter school leadership. In March of 2024 Christa was awarded the “Best of Beaverton” award by the city of Beaverton for her work with Charter Schools.
